Can you quote me a price over the phone?
Because of the unique nature of each property and project, it will be impossible to give an accurate estimate until we have walked the property. We appreciate your understanding regarding this practice, as allows us to give you the best service possible.
Do I have to be on the property to receive an estimate or service?
The choice is yours but it is not necessary. We can automate the entire process from your FREE estimate to implementation to service your unique needs as best as possible.
What areas does Ohana Lawn Care serve?
We serve the greater Tampa Bay area and surrounding counties.
What if I have a locked gate?
If you have a gated area, we ask you to leave the gate unlocked the day of your scheduled service or if you prefer we can call you a day before service to remind you.
What do you do when it rains?
Your services will be done as long as weather permits on the next available day. The following week's services will return back to normal.
Does Ohana Lawn Care offers a discount if I pre-pay for one year of services?
Yes, we offer 5% discount (residential only) to customers who pre-pay for a year's worth of services in advance. Pre-payment is a discount, not a contract.
How do I keep updated on your latest promotions?
We will post all our promotions on Facebook. So "Like" Ohana Lawn Care on Facebook and follow our latest promotions. We also occasionally send out promotions with our monthly invoice. (promotions for residential only)
